When you make a profile, we collect your name, contact details, and the trades and skills you select. When you take a screening, we keep your answers, the score, and the written assessment.
To match you with jobs, run your screening, and book your interview. That's it.
An employer sees your profile, transcript and score only after you've taken the screening for one of their jobs and cleared their score. Nobody browses candidates on Joblit.
To run the app we use third-party services for hosting and storage, AI processing, matching, calendar and video, email delivery, and payments. They process your data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your data to anyone.
An AI asks the screening questions and scores your answers. The employer sets the score needed to move forward. It does not decide who gets hired — it decides who gets an interview. You can ask us to have a person review any result.
Until you delete your account. Deleting removes your profile and screening history, and cancels any booked interviews.
You can view, correct, or delete your data at any time from your profile. Contact us at [your email] with any question about it.
We'll tell you in the app before anything meaningful here changes.
