Why the answers are better than a résumé

A résumé tells you where someone worked. Your questions tell you whether they can do the job you’re hiring for — whether they’ve run a forklift, whether they can work nights, how soon they can start. Those are the answers that decide a hire, and they’re the ones a résumé leaves out.
