PRN / Casual status facility maintenance assistant opportunity!
Enjoy the flexibility to pick up hours as needed assisting the skilled living facility with facilities maintenance and repair needs.
Prior facilities maintenance experience preferred.
Summary
Responsible for light maintenance repair and cleaning tasks completed in a safe, professional manner.
Job Description
Must take extra precautions when working in patient/resident care areas and specifically keep tools out of the reach of children.
Must possess basic mechanical knowledge and show competence in the use of hand tools, meters, measuring devices and gauges.
Ability to work from blueprints, schematics and technical manuals helpful. …
