Work Schedule: 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Subject to change by District)
DEFINITION
Under the supervision of the Food Service Director or Designee, to perform advance level classification in the Food Service Assistant series; performs skilled, manual and complex level of food service functions and activities in production, preparing, cooking, baking, and serving, large quantities and varieties of foods; maintains Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) program, maintains food services facilities and equipment in a safe, clean, orderly and sanitary manner; scratch cooking, or pre-packaged and serving of food; adheres to recipes, regulations, and standards. Performs other related work as necessary or required.
Requirements / Qualifications
Required Experience:
Quantity food preparation and service (preferred);
Scratch cooking in a commercial, institutional or school setting (preferred). …
