Work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 6:30 am - 3:30 pm.
DEFINITION
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Maintenance, Operations, Transportation, and Facilities (MOTF), District Management, and/or Designee. Performs mandated inspections as required by state laws and regulations to ensure safety, repairs and maintains the up-keep of buses, trucks, vans, automobiles, tractors, mowers, gardening equipment, maintenance equipment and other District equipment on a daily basis. Performs other related work as necessary or required.
Requirements / Qualifications
License Requirement:
- Possession of a valid California Motor Vehicle Class A or Class B Operator’s License; and the ability to maintain insurability under the District’s vehicle insurance policy.
- DMV form DL51.
- Employees in this classification are subject to random drug testing.
- Maintains current and valid required licensing and certification.
- Air and hydraulic brake certification.
- Certificate of Diesel and Gasoline engines diagnostic procedures. …
