Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent and/or designee, performs specialized technical and administrative duties in support of the District’s human resources program.
Responsibilities include recruitment and selection, employment processing and onboarding, personnel records management, credential and compliance monitoring, and maintenance of confidential employee and labor-relations information.
Provides technical assistance and information to District administrators, employees, applicants, and the public regarding human resources procedures, employment requirements, and related District processes. Handles sensitive and confidential personnel and collective bargaining information with discretion. Performs other related duties as assigned.
