Job Summary

Student Supervision: Provide supervision to students who will be participating in the ELOP program, a district coordinated afterschool program. Required to work independently by supervising the students in a classroom/outside or small group environment.

Enrichment Class Instructor: Design and plan the implementation of an after-school enrichment class during ELOP. Responsible for offering activities that provide enrichment to the student group. Required to work independently by supervising the classroom and students. Work is performed in a classroom/outside or small group environment.

Requirements / Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE OF:
Child guidance principles and practices
Safe practices in classroom and playground activities.
Basic instructional methods and techniques.
Oral and written communication skills. Basic record-keeping techniques.
Classroom procedures and appropriate student conduct.
