Regular School Year: Tuesday – Thursday | 1 hour and 15 minutes per day
Intersession & Summer Programs: 30 additional non-school days (Schedules may vary)
Position Overview
We are seeking four dedicated, California-credentialed elementary teachers (one per school site) to lead high-dosage, intensive academic support groups for the upcoming school year. In this role, you will work directly with select groups of 1st–5th grade students who require targeted intervention in Math, Reading, or Writing based on academic data.
The goal of this program is to bridge learning gaps, support daily classroom instruction, and boost overall district ELA and Math scores.
Key Responsibilities
Targeted Small-Group Instruction: Deliver high-dosage academic support to two distinct student groups per day: Grades 1–2 and Grades 3–5.
Data-Driven Intervention: Focus instruction on Math, Reading, and Writing tailored to the specific needs of the students in your groups.
Classroom Support: Assist students with daily homework to reinforce current classroom instruction. …
