Typical work shifts are 515am-145pm, 630am-3pm or 7am-330pm. Position will also occasionally cover 0930am-7pm cook shift for vacation coverage.
Serv-Safe certification required within four months of hire.

Summary
The long term care(LTC) Cook prepares, assemble baked goods, cooks, seasons and portions food for patients/residents, staff, and visitors of the designated facility, preparing and serving food within guidelines of menu and dietary requirements.
Job Description
Adheres to food quality standards of appearance, taste, temperature and sanitation. Performs washing and cleaning duties to insure sanitation and cleanliness in cooking and serving areas.
