Job Description / Essential Elements
HEALTH AIDE
Under the general supervision of the Site Administrator and technical direction of the District Nurse, independently provides a variety of health and health-related services to one or more students in a school or classroom setting, maintains health records, performs specialized health procedures, assists in the delivery of an Individualized Educational Program (IEP), provides instructional support in special day and or general education classrooms as directed, and performs other related duties as assigned.
