Job Summary
Campus Aide
Requirements:
? High School Diploma or equivalent required
? 1+ year experience working with or supervising students in a school or youth-serving setting
? Familiarity with school procedures, safety expectations, and student behavior support
? Demonstrated reliability, urgency, and responsibility in student supervision
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Essential Duties:
? Supervise students during arrival, dismissal, transitions, recess, and lunch
? Maintain safe, structured, and positive campus environments
? Reinforce school behavior standards and expectations
? Respond to incidents promptly and escalate concerns to staff/leadership
? Support implementation of behavior or academic goal plans for assigned students
? Use restorative practices to resolve conflicts and guide student reflection
? Manage playground and lunch areas, including setup, cleanup, and equipment oversight
? Participate in required trainings and school meetings
