Psychotherapist Production - Women's Behavioral Health

Provides behavioral health services to patients. Completes psychosocial assessment and directs treatment by individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy.

This position will serve as an outpatient psychotherapist for Atrium Health’s Women’s Care division, working M-F within normal business hours, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

This is a primarily on-site role. Remote/hybrid option considered for approximately 1 day per week, dependent on program and caseload demands as well as candidate mastery of essential functions

This is a salaried position eligible for benefits, including educational opportunities through InStride and a competitive production incentive for fully licensed psychotherapists.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience providing psychotherapy for the following is a plus: perinatal mental health, infertility, grief and loss, relationships/family systems, stress management, depression, anxiety, trauma, exposure to IPV/DV, parenting/motherhood, sexual/reproductive health

Skilled in delivering in-person and virtual services

Patient-centered mindset with commitment to inclusivity and cultural humility

Pay Range:

$28.55 - $46.05
