Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business is looking for an Experience Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team in Coppell, TX.
Position Summary:
Completes initial verification for identification and damage on incoming and outgoing shipments. Processes and confirms receipt and shipping documentation for internal and external customers. Processes hazardous goods in accordance with IATA and DOT requirements. Validates Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for incoming and outgoing chemical shipments. Maintains inventory of shipping supplies.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare outgoing shipments: pack, ship, and label items per Dangerous Goods regulations and carrier requirements.
Verify outbound shipments against pick lists and packing lists for correct part numbers, quantities, batch/lot numbers, and documentation.
Generate and validate shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, certificates of conformance, hazardous material paperwork, and electronic shipping records. …
