Applicants MUST meet the proficiency requirement in any one of the following ways:
- Complete 48 semester or 72 quarter college units (SEE NOTE BELOW)
- Hold an AA or higher degree (SEE NOTE BELOW)
- Pass the CBEST
- Pass the District’s “No Child Left Behind” test
