Copy of High School Diploma

Proof of 48 college semester units with completion of six semester units in early childhood education or child development

** Any applicant hired as a Substitute Employee must submit a negative TB skin test or questionnaire that is not more than 2 months old, Health Screening Report (Lic 503), Copy of Immunization record including Pertussis Vaccine, Measle Vaccine, and Flu Vaccine, and fingerprint clearance at the applicant's own expense.
