3 Letters of Recommendation (must have been written within the last 6 months)

Copy of High School Diploma

Copy of any other relevant certifications

** Any applicant hired as a Substitute Employee must submit a negative TB skin test or questionnaire that is not more than 2 months old and fingerprint clearance at the applicant's own expense.
