This position will be scheduled to work M-F day shift. This position will rotate being on-call approximately every other week.
Summary
Responsible for day-to-day management of Maintenance department, ensuring tasks are carried out in a safe, professional manner employing all current acceptable practices. Supervises the department personnel and assumes responsibility for the operations of the department.
Job Description
The Supervisor of Maintenance performs work quality inspections on a routine basis to ensure all work orders are completed. Responsible for the maintenance of all mechanical spaces in a clean and well-organized condition. Functions with safety, morale, and efficiency of the department and team in mind. Assists additional leadership in areas such as office procedures, work order delegation, files, engineering library, electronic drawings, machinery history, preventive maintenance, parts procurement and inventory, writing of operating procedures, and streamlining of systems. …
