Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director, Facilities and Operations and assigned supervisor, with
minimal supervision perform a variety of journey level skilled work in the maintenance, alternation and repair of mechanical or electrical systems, facilities and buildings; specialize in building maintenance, construction and planning duties with strong communication skills to discuss complex technical information; perform related work as required.
