POSITION DETAILS
The Fullerton School District is seeking qualified individuals for the part-time Expanded Learning Lead Instructional Assistant position. Under the direction of Site Coordinator, this position assists with the daily operation of the after-school program, including student supervision, activity support, program organization, and site coordination. Staff work directly with students in instructional and recreational activities and provide direction to instructional assistant staff when the coordinator is off-campus. This position can work 4-5 hours/day (20-25 hours/week), 10-months/school year. Daily hours vary per school site, but typically work between the hours of 1 PM and 6:30 PM M-F. Applicants MUST be available to work the posted hours. For positions working 20+ hours, the district offers a comprehensive prorated benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance with paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education: Any combination equivalent to two years of college-level coursework at an accredited college. Emphasis in child development, education, or related field desirable. …
