Job Summary
Under administrative supervision, performs highly skilled, technical personnel work related to employee leave management and coordination, recruitment, new employee processing, personnel record and file maintenance; assists in the planning, development and administering of examinations and related tasks; provides information and assistance to District staff, applicants and the general public relative to personnel matters.

POSITION DETAILS
The Fullerton School District is seeking a qualified individual for a full-time Personnel Technician II position. The current opportunity will be assisting in monitoring the status of employees on leave of absence, FMLA leave and reemployment lists, worker compensation and leaves, benefits and leaves, as well as performing other related duties as directed. This position will be working closely with the Classified and Certificated Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Risk Management departments as well as current District employees. …
