Job Summary
The Pegasus School is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Teacher Assistant to join our team for an anticipated leave between mid-October 2026 and mid-April 2027. See Job Description for more details. Note: This position requires candidates to have a minimum of twelve (12) early education units.

Qualifications
Required:
Possession of a minimum of 12 ECE credits.
Experience working with school-age children in a school, camp, childcare, recreation, tutoring, or similar setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and respectfully with students, employees, and families.
Ability to actively supervise groups of students and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
Dependability, punctuality, flexibility, and the ability to respond calmly and appropriately to changing situations.
Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods and actively supervising students indoors and outdoors. …
