Barista

3p-7:30pm Majority Shift. 20 Hours per Week. with Rotating Weekends and Holidays.

Hours of Operations are 5:30a-10:30p - possible opportunity to pick up shifts/hours

Pay Range:

$18.85 - $28.30

Major Responsibilities:
The Barista Attendant is an ambassador of Advocate Sherman Hospital providing exemplary customer service and customer interaction. Specific daily assigned tasks are also to be executed as set forth.
Produce Starbucks coffee program and set up for the day. Open the coffee shop per service. Attend to customers needs and ring up sales. ring up sales, ensure all beverages are compliant with the Starbucks branded program following all recipes and standards while maintaining the integrity of the Starbucks program.

Restock condiment and beverage areas. Wipes tables and chairs as needed to keep up seating area appearance.

Maintain register area at all peak times providing exemplary customer service

Clean and maintain Equipment, Counters, Storerooms, Bread & toaster area & Beverage area condiment area, and all tables, restock all paper supplies and cups, condiments, napkins, and plastic service ware. …
