Job Summary

JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Under the oversight of the designated lead worker, and supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, to assist in the operation of a school food service program by performing large quantity cooking, baking, and BBQ grilling to serve food to students and staff at a District facility; related duties, including performing routine and/or repetitive food service work. The incumbents in this classification assist in providing students with nutritious meals which directly supports student learning.
