Position: Maintenance Trades Specialist III (HVAC)
Location: Various Northern IL AMG clinics (Lake Zurich, etc.)
Full Time; 1st Shift
~Daily travel throughout shift to various locations in Northern IL Region.
Major Responsibilities:
- Performs preventive maintenance and technical repairs on complex facility systems.
- Diagnoses and implements repairs for Utility and Infrastructure Systems.
- Installs/replace and maintains building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and controls systems.
- Operates and monitors advanced utility equipment (generators, plant chillers, steam boilers, fire protection systems, etc.) and utilizes building automation systems to troubleshoot issues.
- Maintains vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas systems
- Reads blueprints, Life Safety drawings and manuals for accurate task completion.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Valid Driver’s License. …
