Job Summary

Primary Function:

The Facilities/IT Assistant will embrace Larchmont’s mission and introduce new ideas, systems and initiatives to achieve further excellence, growth and impact. The Facilities/IT Assistant will report directly to the School Leader(s) and the Director of Operations and will be responsible for maintaining proper functioning of internal and external facility maintenance and repairs, maintaining computer hardware, systems, and networks aiming for the highest functionality. The Facilities/IT Assistant will help in the day-to-day operations and performs tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, environmental, safety, and custodial. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic construction and maintenance technics as well as basic knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems.
