Requirements / Qualifications

Classified Substitute Rate: $24.07 per hour
On-call as needed - **This position is temporary and on call as needed, and there is no guarantee of work days and work hours. There is no contract for this position, and no benefits are provided.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School diploma or equivalent. Completion of 48 units from a nationally accredited college or university; or A.A. degree or higher, or the passage of a local assessment test.
Minimum of six (6) units in the field of Child Development/Early Childhood Education.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Six (6) months of experience in working with children in a specialized learning environment.

LICENSE(S) REQUIRED:
Valid hands-on First Aid/CPR Certificate (infant, child, adult- online certificates are not accepted)
