School Site Secretary III (El Portal Elementary/Yosemite Park High School)(Yosemite National Park)

Job Summary

School Site Secretary III, with little or no supervision, performs advanced and complex secretarial, clerical, and managerial duties, involving specific routines and thorough knowledge of policies and procedures, and performs other duties as assigned. Secretary III provides direct support to the site administrator(s). Due to the busy nature of a school office, the employee must be able to routinely work well under pressure and remain calm and tactful with students, parents, community members, and staff. Employees must adhere to appropriate dress and grooming standards.

This position is part of the Classified Employee Unit at MCUSD/MCOE and will be placed depending on experience on the Classified Employee Salary schedule on range 18.
