Job Summary
Under direction of the transportation coordinator, to drive a van and or vehicle over designated routes to transport special education students, to clean and perform routine inspection of van and or vehicle and do related work as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
> Valid California Class C Driver’s License.
> Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
> High school graduate.
> Current and valid first aid certificate (VC 12522) and medical certificate. Desirable:
> Experience interacting with students with special needs.
> Previous experience operating trucks or buses.
This position is part of the Classified Employee Unit at MCUSD/MCOE and will be placed depending on experience on the Classified Employee Salary schedule on Range 18.
