Job Summary
Under the direction of the assigned administrator and as part of a treatment team this position implements evidence based behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs developed by a Board Certified Board Analyst (BCBA) based on the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in one-on-one and in group settings. (Behavioral Tech, one-on-one Instructional Aide)
Requirements / Qualifications
1. COMPLETE online application
2. Resume
3. HS Diploma/Equivalent
4. Unofficial College Transcripts (48 college units completed) OR Satisfactory results from a Proficiency test
5. EXPERIENCE: 1 year of experience working with students on an individual education plan (IEP) with physical or verbal challenging behaviors.
Applicants who meet both education and experience requirements may be invited for proficiency testing. …
