Job Summary

Under direction, monitors workflow and activities. The worker personally follows though on matters requiring contacts with vendors and with units within maintenance/transportation. Performs responsible accounts work in the processing of claims and invoices. The work of the class involves the processing of vendor invoices and other claims for payment. The worker monitors and adjusts workloads, sets priorities and resolves technical problems. The worker supports payroll functions. The worker uses calculators, computer, and other office appliances.
