Job Summary
The Southern Humboldt Joint Unified School District wishes to announce an available opening for a probationary, Instructional Assistant-Classroom Paraprofessional, the position is 5.8 hours/day for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
Requirements / Qualifications

2. At least (1) Professional Letter of Recommendation
3. (1) of the following:
- Proof of passage of CBEST, or
- Proof of 48 units or an AA degree or higher from an accredited institution in the US. or
- Passed minimum requirement 1 section of the Paraprofessional proficiency exam
- SHJUSD Proficiency Exam with passing scores (if none of the above are available).
