Snow removal will effect hours, requiring an early arrival to remove snow/ice from walking surface for resident safety.

Summary

Responsible for care of the organization's maintained grounds. Work will include, but not be limited, all types of outside property maintenance, snow removal, equipment work, and basic tree trimming.
