TK Instructional Assistant, RSP Aide & Student Proctor

Job Summary

Are you the kind of person who can help a four-year-old zip a jacket, guide a student through a challenging assignment, organize a hands-on activity, supervise an energetic playground, and still be ready for an outdoor learning adventure—all before lunch?

Mt. Baldy School is looking for a warm, flexible, energetic, and dependable individual to join our close-knit team. This unique position combines three essential roles: supporting our youngest learners in the TK Bunny classroom, assisting students with exceptional needs through our Resource Specialist Program, and helping maintain safe, positive, and engaging spaces during recess, lunch, and other student activities.

Mt. Baldy School is not a typical school—and this is not a typical instructional aide position. We are a small, one-school TK–8 district nestled in the San Bernardino Mountains, serving approximately 120 students. Our size allows staff members to know every child, work closely across grade levels, and become an important part of the entire school community.
