Investment Banking Senior Associate

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. seeks an Investment Banking Senior Associate for its New York, NY location.

DUTIES: Provides strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions, and supports clients in raising capital within the capital markets and in coordination with the Institutional Banking team. Acts as a strategic advisor to clients by formulating investment strategies, supporting transaction execution, and contributing to business development initiatives. Supports the execution of various phases of M&A transactions, including transaction analysis, due diligence coordination, and preparation of client deliverables. Advises clients, senior-level team members, and external professional advisors on M&A transactions and related financial matters. Prepares and drafts situation analyses, pitch materials, information memoranda, and investor and management presentations. Supports the evaluation of corporate transactions and structures, performs financial analyses, and contributes to the development of investment strategies and capital-raising solutions. …
