Job Summary
The Personnel Commission announces an OPEN and PROMOTIONAL recruitment. This recruitment will result in the establishment of one integrated eligibility list. Promotional candidates will have seniority points added to final passing scores (.25 of a point for every year of classified service up to a maximum of 5 points). This list will be used to fill current and future vacancies and will be active for one year or until canceled. (The names of eligible candidates on the current list will be merged to the new list in accordance with final scores.) There are currently MULTIPLE position open at various school sites. These will be 30 hours/week, 10-month positions.
Under the supervision of a site administrator and daily direction of a credentialed teacher(s), provide instructional support and assistance to students receiving special education education services and who have extensive support needs to include, social, emotional, behavioral, and personal care need; and perform instructional support activities related to behavior management and other related special education services. …
