GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, maintains an assigned school plant, group of buildings, classrooms or office space in a clean, orderly and secure manner, performs other related duties as required.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
Coordinates school custodial needs directly with the site administrator. Inspects school plant to assure appropriate maintenance, safety and cleanliness; reports health and safety hazards to appropriate personnel; removes minor graffiti Performs security duties related to buildings and grounds, sets security alarm system; locks and unlocks doors and gages; raises and lowers flags.
