Job Summary
Paradise Charter Middle School is looking for a Special Education Instructional Aide. This is a part-time classified hourly position, approximately 4-6 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
Under the supervision of the Principal/Superintendent provide academic and behavioral support to students with disabilities according to the direction of the Education Specialist. Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to reinforce instruction and assist during transitions and non-classroom time such as recess. Assist with behavior support strategies and IEP implementation, helping students build independence and confidence. Provide support with daily living skills as needed and collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure every student has access to learning.
