Student Support and Activity Aide - Expanded Learning

Job Summary

The Student Support and Activity Aide is responsible for providing supervision, behavioral guidance, and engaging activities for students. Under the direction of site administration and/or program leadership, the Student Support and Activity Aide creates and maintains safe, inclusive, and stimulating environments that foster positive student behavior, active participation in activities, and social-emotional development.

Requirements / Qualifications

Education

A High school diploma and/or GED is required.

Experience: Recent paid or unpaid experience involving organized activities with school age children, experience in TK-12 school settings is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:
Proof of current TB screening (renewed every 4 years).
CPR and first aid certification is preferred
The ability to read, write, and speak English is required; bilingual skills in another language are preferred.
