Requirements / Qualifications

• Copy of CTE Teaching Credential: Health Science and Medical Technology (if applicable)
• Copy of CPR Certification
• Copy of LVN Certification or RN Certification

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of work experience in the technical skills, trade or vacations to be taught are required. One (1) of the three (3) Years of the required experience must be within the last five (5) years, or two (2) years within the last (10) years.
• Possession or ability to obtain prior to employment; a Career Technical Education Teaching credential in Health Science and Medical Technology
• EL Certification or equivalent such as CLAD, BCLAD or SDAIE
• Current RN or LVN Licensure
• CPR Certification through Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Heart Association (AHA)
• Experience working at a clinical/laboratory facility preferred
