Job Summary
JOB SUMMARY
Under supervision, supports student learning through small-group and individualized instruction within an Integrated Thematic Instruction (ITI) and High Expectations Teaching (HET) framework. Assists in implementing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports aligned to a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). Works collaboratively with teachers to support differentiated instruction, student engagement, and intervention in both teacher-led and independent/hybrid learning environments.
Performs student supervision, instructional support, and related duties as assigned by the teacher or principal.
