BUS DRIVER/CUSTODIAN

Salary and Benefits:

• Custodian -Schedule #190 - Step I -$20.78 hourly/$3,602 monthly- while training
• Bus Driver-Custodian – Schedule #200 – Step I $21.83 / $3,784 monthly-after bus license is attained
• 8 hours per day / 12 months
• Position #2632: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Position #2627: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• According to the CSEA Contract, there are district paid benefits with these positions.

Special Details:

• To transport students to and from school, on fields trips, and to/from other sites within designated route(s) and to ensure the safety of student passengers while riding in a school bus.
• To help provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn, play and develop.
• Keeps all buildings and premises clean.
• Vacuums, dusts, sweeps, mops, and washes windows.
• Must successfully pass the pre-employment (at the District’s expense) and background check
