Substitute Building/Grounds Maintenance Person - Operational Support Services/Administration and Business Services (S-2710)

Job Summary

The job of Building/Grounds Maintenance Person is done for the purpose(s) of maintaining attractive grounds area(s); ensuring the availability of required equipment. Protecting against erosion; maintaining grounds for assemblies and/or recreational activities; ensuring assignments are completed in a safe, proper and timely manner and directing assigned workers as necessary.

Requirements / Qualifications

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Job related experience is required. One year of experience in general buildings and grounds maintenance work.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
None required

REQUIRED TESTING:
