Maintenance Technician III 7:30 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.(with a 30-minute unpaid meal break)

Job Summary

Under direction from the Maintenance Team Lead, performs plumbing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, locksmithing, painting, glazing, and other repair, construction, or maintenance on school buildings or grounds; and related work as required.

The classification of Maintenance Technician III requires journey-level skills in one or more of the craft areas as listed in the “Definition” section above. A Maintenance Technician III may be required to perform duties independently or within a team consisting of Maintenance Technicians II, in any combination of the above trades, and to perform any related maintenance work as directed.
