7:30am-2:00pm - W

The job of the Instructional Assistant is to support students' academic and/or behavioral needs. The Instructional Assistant supports the teacher in ensuring student safety and student engagement.
The Instructional Assistant is also responsible for enforcing disciplinary policies and regulations; communicating observations and incidents to other school personnel that may impact the welfare, safety, and/or security of students, personnel, visitors and the school site.
Essential Job Functions:
*Provides instructional support to students as needed under the direction of the classroom teacher
*Provides behavioral support to students and helps students to self-regulate. Uses protocols to de-escalate a child. …
