Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, performs semi-skilled maintenance, construction, alteration and repair on buildings, grounds and equipment; provides assistance to skilled maintenance staff.
The Maintenance Worker I performs semi-skilled activities requiring experience, competency, and physical abilities in connection with various trades such plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and painting.
Requirements / Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in general maintenance.
