Every third weekend and holiday commitment
Shift times are 7:00am - 5:30pm
Summary
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) serves as caregiver to the patient during the scheduled work period. The Patient Care Technician provides patient-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned patient under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Job Description
Record vital statistics and other basic health information, including assessing patient's physical condition to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Administer basic health care and medical treatments; provide assistance with basic daily living activities, including dressing/undressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, etc., meal preparation and dining needs, emotional and spiritual needs, and laundry.
