Summary
The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for certain duties including, but not limited, interacting with customers, helping with game play, assisting with food and beverage activities and other related responsibilities.
Job Description
Provides outstanding customer service and effectively communicates with patrons and co-workers. Demonstrates ability to establish effective working relationships.
Assists with the overall upkeep of facilities. Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning. Assists in educating players regarding the game, and directing play when necessary. Maintains golf club rentals including accurate records of golfers renting clubs, services to customers renting golf clubs. Greets everyone and proactively approach customers to support their experience. Performs opening and closing procedures. Responsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactions.
