Summary
The Patient Care Technician (PCT) performs basic patient care services and supports activities within outpatient services. Patient Care Technicians are multi-skilled to provide expanded services under the direct supervision of a licensed clinical professional.
Responsible for serving as the main point of contact for patients and families navigating through the pre-admission to post discharge phase in the surgical and procedural areas at Sanford Health.
Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited: height, weight, blood pressure, visual acuity, color vision screening, drug screens, point of care urinalysis and reception/clerical tasks.
