Options for Payment of Signing Bonus upon completion of hire
(If employees should leave employment of the district, either voluntarily, or involuntarily prior to completing two years of employment from their first date of contracted employment with the district, the employee will be obligated to repay the signing and retention bonus payment to the district)
1. Receive $2500 of the signing bonus at time of hire, $2500 after completing first school year and final $2500 after completing the second school year
2. Defer my signing bonus payment until completion of two years of employment with the district
