JOB TITLE: Substitute Grounds Position
DESCRPTION OF BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform grounds, gardening and maintenance work and/or to operate motorized grounds equipment as part of a grounds keeping crew. Employees in this classification receive general supervision within a framework of standard policies and procedures. This job class performs a variety of general and specialized grounds, gardening and maintenance duties in the upkeep of district/school sites. Positions in this job class are assigned to a grounds keeping crew, which performs grounds keeping functions.
